Dodgers-Mets: Offensive Burst Fuels 11-2 Victory, Series Win in New York

The Los Angeles Dodgers (54-31) took on the New York Mets (40-44) at Citi Field for the final game of a three-game series.

Last Thursday, the Dodgers were coming off of a series with the Colorado Rockies where they scored just five runs in three games. 

This Thursday saw Los Angeles explode for 11 runs on 17 hits, as they won 11-2 and took five out of six from the Mets in the season series.
