Dodgers-Cubs: Randy Wolf Is One-Man Wrecking Crew in 2-1 Win
Randy Wolf proved he could do it all—again.
In his last outing on Sunday vs. Arizona, Wolf came just a triple short of the cycle and launched his first home run of the season en route to a 9-3 victory over the Diamondbacks.
He also struck out a season-high 10 batters while walking none in the winning effort.
Tonight, he did more of the same for the Los Angeles Dodgers (73-50), going 1-for-1 at the plate with two RBI, which plated the only L.A. runs of the game.
Additionally, he pitched seven strong innings and struck out five against the visiting Chicago Cubs (61-59) in a 2-1 victory.
