Singletary and Staff Set Tone For Upstart 49ers

Despite the fact that San Francisco underwent a head coaching change in the middle of the 2008 season, then handed over full control of the franchise to head coach Mike Singletary in the offseason, the entirety of the 49ers coaching staff hasn’t experienced a great deal of turnover during that period of time.
