We have all seen how the tiebreakers of the NFL playoffs work. It starts with head-to-head matchups, goes into division contests and ends on points scored. It’s a crazy and wacky formula that can make or break a season.

The St. Louis Rams and Seattle Seahawks are 6-6 and the winner of the division could be decided in the last week of the season when the two play each other, but what if the 49ers make a challenge out of it?
