San Diego Chargers Free Agency: Yet Another Wide Receiver/Kick Returner Signed

I guess the best way to compete in the NFL is to sign as many return specialists as possible. If so, the San Diego Chargers will be the best team in the league next season. Eddie Royal was the first specialist signed. Royal will not only be very effective in the return game, but he will have a big impact on offense as well.
