Raiders Going Young: Justin Fargas and Gerard Warren On Way Out?

Raider Nation should enjoy this; another report coming from Adam Schefter from ESPN says that Justin Fargas and Gerard Warren will be released shortly to avoid paying out a roster bonus.

If these moves are true, they make a lot of sense.

Warren has been part of the problem with the running game; he has been in the league for 10 years. It appears that the Raiders are looking to go young on the inside. Coach Tom Cable has said he is looking to get stronger along the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. If Warren is released, you'd have to wonder if the Raiders will make a play for Alabama DT Terrence Cody in the second round if he is available.
