Oakland Raiders: When Things Are Going Right, Not Wrong

I know it is hard to keep cheering a team to victory when there are losses, back to back. But, we have got to keep cheering, hoping, and pulling for our team.

Sometimes we look for signs of progress. Surely, you see some type of progress? Don't you?

When I see some of the guys who I believe really love the team, write about their disgust at the recent performance, it is heartbreaking.

I think of it as I think of dealing with troubled children or persons with addictions. You work with them. They fall down, we pick them up. Again, they fall down and we pick them up, again.

The cycle seems to go on and on. If we give up during that cycle, we will never break the cycle.

So, no matter how difficult it is right now, don't give up.
