Oakland Raiders: Offensive Woes Continue in Oakland

There are a lot of problems brewing in Oakland these days. The biggest of these problems is trying to figure out how to get this offense rolling. Since opening night, it was obvious that the offense had digressed. JaMarcus Russell has failed to be accurate all season.

Everyone would like to point the finger at JaMarcus, and say that everything is his fault. There are other factors at work here that can contribute to the laughing stock that is the Oakland offense.

All of the problems began when Chaz Schillens broke his foot. Without the timing and leadership he provides, the rookie receivers look lost.
