This guy received so much scrutiny from Raider Nation it was ridiculous. While some of it was deserved, a lot was uncalled for.

Routt was drafted in the second round in 2005 and faced an anxious Raider Nation that wanted to see him on the field and contributing immediately. However, it was not to be. Routt found himself getting burned for touchdowns often and eventually was buried on the depth chart.

Many wanted the Raiders to cut him, but I said we should have faith in his development as a player.
