Oakland Raider Restricted Free Agents on The Move?

More than 200 players who thought they would break the bank and become unrestricted free agents are now restricted free agents due to the uncapped year next season.

Those players who thought they would be able to go out and test the market for their services are restricted free agents now and have high or low tenders behind their names. 

That means if they are signed to an offer sheet by another team, that team must give up the draft pick or picks to which each player was assigned unless their current team matches the offer within seven days.
