Jonas Mouton to the San Diego Chargers: 2011 NFL Draft Scouting Report

The Michigan outside linebacker’s stock was thought to be on the decline following an
underwhelming NFL Combine where he ran a 4.87 40-yard dash.

However, Mouton wound up being selected in the second round.

Following three lackluster seasons, he posted an extremely productive senior season, in which he recorded 117 tackles.

Has had maturity questions after a suspension in 2009, where he punched Notre
Dame center Eric Olsen.
