The Oakland Raiders didn't win a lot of games in 2009, but some of the games they won shocked a lot of people. They beat the Eagles and the Bengals in Oakland. Both teams were playoff teams and the Raiders were not suppposed to hang with them. The Raiders also beat the Broncos and the Steelers at their own place and helped ruin their chances at making the playoffs. The Raiders have enough talent to compete with any team in the league, but they just don't do it on a conssistent basis. This year the Raiders should have some surprise victories as well.
