It was an old fashioned beat down at CenturyLink Field on Sunday night, as the Seattle Seahawks really took it to the San Francisco 49ers. 

The offensive game plan drawn up by coordinator Greg Roman was out of whack, the penalties continued to pile up, the 49ers couldn't run the ball, and for the life of them, the San Francisco defense could not stop Marshawn Lynch.

This one was ugly.
