Roy Out, Kaman In: Clippers Center Earns Spot on West All Star Roster

According to ESPN.com, Los Angeles Clippers' center Chris Kaman will replace Brandon Roy in this year's All-Star game. 

Roy, who is nursing a strained right hamstring, will be out of action throughout the remainder of the week, including All-Star weekend. Roy will also receive his second injection of Platelet-Rich-Plasma, which is supposed to stop bleeding while promoting growth and healing in the muscle tissue. 

Kaman, who will be making his All-Star game debut on Sunday, is leading all centers in the West with 20.2 points per game, and is fifth in the conference in rebounds per game with nine.
