Questions Arise Over Oswego State’s Eric Selleck

Division III hockey's leading scorer did not dress for last night's game between Oswego State and Connecticut College, and many are asking, "why not?"

The coaching staff did not provide a reason for Eric Selleck's absence from the lineup, and that has allowed room for speculation.  One fan wrote on his Twitter account that Selleck appeared to be sporting a black eye.

A source close to the team confirmed to me that Selleck does indeed have a shiner, but would not say how it happened.  When pressed on the issue, they said Selleck took a puck to the face in practice.  The source then added that Selleck should be on the ice tonight when Oswego State hosts Elmira at 7 PM in the title game of the Pathfi...
