With the trade of Jake Peavy many believed that the San Diego Padres were going to be thin in their rotation for a few years until the prospects they recieve are able to mature. What many don't realize is that two to three of the pitchers that they received will likely be in the rotation come 2010. It could possibly be a very young one but from what I have seen thus far it could also be a very good one.
