The Los Angeles Dodgers Acquire George Sherrill

As I covered here, the Dodgers have recently acquired reliever George Sherrill from the Orioles for Josh Bell and Steve Johnson.

I'll get into the context of the deal later, but for now, I'm going to focus on approximating the dollar surplus values that each player brings to his team.
