San Francisco Giants: Brandon Belt Isn’t Going Anywhere

First baseman Brandon Belt is staying put on the San Francisco Giants' roster, according to Scott Ostler of the San Francisco Chronicle.

It has been speculated that the 24-year-old would be moved before July's trade deadline due to the number of first basemen in the clubhouse, but general manager Brian Sabean put those rumors to rest.
