San Francisco Giants: All-Star Results Prove They Have the MLB’s Best Fanbase

All-Star voting is usually fair. Some players have great starts to the season and are voted onto the team, such as Joey Votto, R.A Dickey, Josh Hamilton and many more players.

However, you could definitely argue that sometimes, players are snubbed.

When it's the pitching staff, it doesn't count. Tony La Russa manages the NL team and chooses the pitching staff. Giants fans were angry with La Russa's decisions, as he left off Madison Bumgarner, Ryan Vogelsong and Sergio Romo.

Bumgarner is 10-4 with a 2.85 ERA. Vogelsong is 7-3 with a 2.26 ERA. And Romo, maybe the best reliever in baseball, is 2-1 with an 0.79 ERA.
