Padres Swept in St. Louis—Again: When Will San Diego Fans See a Winner?

You can set your watch to it: If the Padres play the Cardinals, it's a St Louis sweep, time and time again. Once more, the superior organization prevails, and it's getting damned frustrating from the San Diego side.

I consider the Cards to be the team to beat, year in and year out, and the Pads have not even come close to taking a series, in as long as I can remember. The Padres always play them tough, just not tough enough. 

Watching Heath Bell blow the game yesterday was excruciating; they had them. This season reminds me of the 1-15 Chargers season in 2000, as in agonizing defeat after defeat. Just add some more grey hair to my head, lads...
