Rangers-Athletics: An Unfortunate End To Another Great Weekend for Texas

Three-of-four is by no means a terrible series, even when you are playing the worst team in the American League.  Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. 

While the Athletics are playing terribly this year, you have to give their young talent some credit.  Their starter went out and threw six great innings, and their young players kept them in the game all the way to the end.

Ultimately, you have to give huge credit to Adam Kennedy for doubling his homerun total for the year in one game.  Even more impressive is that the second one came off a pitcher that hasn't given up a run since last fall.
