MLB: Jered Weaver Finishes Second in AL Cy Young Voting
Los Angeles Angels ace Jered Weaver finished second in the 2011 AL Cy Young award voting, receiving 97 points, well behind the 196-point total of Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander.
Verlander won all 28 first place votes, becoming the first unanimous AL winner since Johan Santana of the Twins in 2006.
