Los Angeles Dodgers News: Andre Eithier Is Rewarded By The MLB

You know the season is great for the Los Angeles Dodgers when the team's future All Stars are already making an impact to the lineup. This week, Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier led the majors in batting average, slugging percentage and on-base percentage last week. He was named National League Player of the Week, which was presented by Bank of America, for the period ending July 26th.

Having Manny Ramirez back in the lineup makes a big difference for Eithier in right field. The 27-year-old also leads the majors with a 1.045 slugging percentage and a .630 on-base percentage. He also ranks second in the N.L. with eight runs and five doubles, all in the past six games last week.
