Los Angeles Dodgers Down On The Farm: Dominican Dreaming

I have extreme difficulty getting any type of video on prospects who are in the Dominican Summer League, so almost everything I say here is based on statistics. If anybody has any information or video or whatever, let me know.

Florencio Bustillos|RHP|DSL|20—He wasn't very good in the Mexican League last year, posting a 5.49 ERA and a 18/25 BB/K ratio in 41 innings pitched. However, he seems to have turned it around this year. He has a 3.74 ERA and an 56/7 K/BB ratio in 45 2/3 innings.

Jose Dominguez|RHP|DSL|18—A 3.64 ERA and a 57/24 K/BB ratio in 59 1/3 innings pitched is worth noticing by any standard. He had 55 strikeouts in 42 innings last year at 17, so there's a precedent for this type of performance.
