The Los Angeles Dodgers are staying on top of their game. They have become a powerful force and threat not only the National League West, but the rest of Major League Baseball.
Even though the Dodgers dropped a series to the their cross-town AL rival Angels this weekend, they still not only have the NL's best record, but the MLB best record.
Dodgers have kept a great winning record of 33-15 despite losing their power hitter, Manny Ramirez. Today, they have increased their lead in the NL West to 8 1/2 games in front of the second place San Diego Padres. The Padres ended their 10-game winning streak today, losing to the Diamondbacks.
