Giants Offer Lincecum Multi-Year Deal

The Giants and Tim Lincecum are set to have an arbitration hearing to decide whether the two-time Cy Young Award winner will receive $8 million or $13 million this season. With the way the arbitration system works, you can expect both of those numbers to be higher during Lincecum’s second run through arbitration, even higher the third, and borderline absurd the fourth.
