Bob Geren: Despite Oakland A’s Turnaround, Geren Needs to Go!

What do you know, another two horrible decisions by Oakland A's manager Bob Geren costs the Oakland A's! One decision cost the A's the lead, the other one cost the game.

It makes you wonder, why the heck is he still around? Even with the A's playing much better baseball, it still doesn't take away the fact that in close games, Geren's choices in certain situations are just costly for the A's.

The first mistake by Geren was not having a reliever ready to start the top of the sixth inning. There was no way that Brett Anderson should have been on the mound once the A's claimed the 7-6 lead from the White Sox.
