Raiders vs. Chargers: Hot Seat Watch for San Diego Head Coach Norv Turner

I'm going to go ahead and be honest right up front—I don't know why the San Diego Chargers ever hired Norv Turner to be their head coach.

I feel bad saying this, because Turner is a heck of a nice guy, but while he is certainly a smart football mind, he is just not built to a head coach in the NFL.
